About

Hi, I’m Cory.

I’m a product-minded Ruby on Rails engineer who likes turning ambiguous operational problems into software people can actually use.

Most of my work sits between product and engineering: understanding the workflow, shaping the data model, building the API, supporting the interface, and iterating with users until the tool fits the job.

SeederKit is my current devlog focus: a developer tool for creating realistic Rails seed scenarios. It gives me a place to write about product decisions, workflow design, AI-assisted tooling, validation, and the tradeoffs behind making a useful tool feel reliable.

Based in Boise, ID
